DESCRIPTION OF THE INSULATING COVERING Lenzing Jacketing Plastics

Lenzing Jacketing Plastics represents the innovative insulating covering which is used instead of aluminum or steel metal plates. The given material consists of several layers of plastic with the aluminum layer inside.

Such material guarantees the effective steam isolation, 100 % water resistance, protection from condensate and corrosion, has the attractive appearance, capable to change the aesthetic view of the existing engineering constructions.

The top layer of coverings has the ultra-violet protection which allows to apply the material both in premises and outside. The covering is a fireproof product, possesses the “memory”effect that allows to avoid dents and folds on the covering.

The covering №570 and №524 possesses the effect of twisting that allows to install it easily on round surfaces – pipes. For hermetic sealing of joints glue or a pressure adhesive tape is used. For fixing the stapler or plastic rivets are used.

The covering №573 and №528 have no effect of twisting and they are recommended to be applied on flat surfaces – such, as vent-channels and highways. The final way of use should be defined by the consumer.

SERVICE OF INSULATING COVERING Lenzing Jacketing Plastics

With the correct and qualitative application of insulating coverings LENZING JACKETING PLASTICS there is no need of maintenance during the whole durability of the equipment. Anyway, the inspection of systems, at least, two times a year is recommended for definition of the possible mechanical damages, deformation or leaks caused by poor-quality application. Such checks will help to define the critical points as soon as it is possible and will help to prevent the possible losses.

Two-layer material with aluminum, with the special ultra-violet protective layer and glass-fiber covering. The given system is high-quality and strong and besides fire-resistant that allows to use it for external and internal, both cold or hot isolation. The material perfectly unites in itself water and steamproof properties.

Two-layer material with aluminum, with the special ultra-violet protective layer and with the PVC covering.

The given system is high-quality and strong and besides fire-resistant that allows to use it for external and internal facing at cold and hot isolation. The material perfectly unites in itself water-steam-proof properties. Thanks to the effect of twisting it fits for isolation of roundish surfaces, particularly for isolation of pipes of a small diameter.

The covering 524 can be used for isolation and hermetic sealing of pipes, channels, containers.
